HCA closes lobby and in-person customer services at Olympia office

As of Wednesday, March 18, the Health Care Authority (HCA) is closing its lobby to visitors, and will not offer in-person customer services for Apple Health clients nor members of the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) and School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Programs. We encourage people to use online and phone options.
The doors to the Cherry Street Plaza lobby will only be accessible with a badge.
