2025 PEBB Medicare Retiree Premiums
The Uniform Medical Plan-Classic Medicare (UMP) premium went down from $532.94 in 2024 to $453.21 in 2025, a first-time reduction of 15% or approximately $80 per month. This was due to the implementation of the Medicare Part D prescription drug program into the UMP Classic Medicare plan.
Kaiser NW Senior Advantage and Kaiser WA Medicare Advantage also have a reduction in premiums, of 12% and 6% respectively.
UnitedHealthcare and Premera Medicare all have a premium increase for 2025 of approximately 13%.
