On October 17th, the RPEC Executive Board convened to hold a work session to review and discuss the report developed by the Strategic Plan Task Force.
The Strategic Plan Task Force, solely composed of RPEC members, began meeting in 2024 and continued in 2025 until earlier this month. They have undertaken numerous hours of meetings, research, and analysis, diligently working with a focus on three areas of RPEC governance – fiscal, overall (including the executive board and standing committees), and chapters.
