I have received feed back from two of the Chapter 1 members. I have twice contacted a total of 25 members from my list – with 18 days in between each contact. I apologize for not understanding that there were additional questions depending on how the member responded. I tried to follow up with these added questions but did not receive a response and am disappointed that I did not receive a better response.
Of the 48 members in Chapter 1 on my listing, 5 had no phone or email for contact. I reached out to all the others on different dates either by phone or email with only 7 contacts made.
Most calls went to voice message where I left my name and phone number and a brief message asking for call back, some people answered and hung up immediately (probably because my number came in as not recognizable), there was one number that was a Walmart (haha) and stated I won a $100 gift card (yippee!) and a few that just didnt ring through or no voice message.
Those that I talked to were not interested in leadership at all, not interested in attending meetings and were fine with a merge into another Chapter.
I did my best on this outreach… I hope others were more productive.
Thanks all for doing your part,
