At RPEC, we know that healthcare information is not just helpful — it’s essential. Many of our members rely on these resources to make informed decisions about Medicare, supplemental coverage, prescription assistance, and state and federal programs. Over time, our Healthcare Resources page naturally grew as we added more tools, links, and updates. While the information was valuable, we realized it had become harder for some members to easily find exactly what they were looking for.
That’s why we’ve taken the time to fully renovate and reorganize the page. Our goal was simple: make important healthcare information easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to use — without removing any of the trusted resources you depend on.
This update reflects our continued commitment to serving our retiree membership and ensuring that critical healthcare guidance remains clear, accessible, and centralized.
The newly updated Healthcare Resources page now features a categorized menu bar, designed specifically to help members quickly navigate to the information most relevant to them.

All of the resources previously available remain accessible — but now they are better organized and easier to locate. You’ll find dedicated sections for:
- SHIBA assistance
- Traditional Medicare information and support
- Medicare Advantage tools and information
- Medicaid resources and assistance
- HCA / PEBB tools and information
- Washington State tools and support programs
- Federal healthcare resources
- WISeR information *coming soon!*
- RPEC healthcare-related posts and announcements
In addition to the menu bar, the page includes:
- A “Latest Healthcare Posts” section, highlighting the most current updates, articles, webinars, and important developments affecting retirees.
- A concise FAQ section, addressing common questions and frequently discussed topics to help provide quick answers when you need them most.

The Healthcare Resources page is located exactly where it has always been in the menu bar.
To find it:
- Hover over the Resources tab in the main menu.
- Select Healthcare Resources from the dropdown menu.
This update was designed with our members in mind — and your experience matters to us.
