With chapter elections wrapping up, it’s time for RPEC leaders, and any interested members, to come together in this virtual training session focused on chapter health, membership recruitment, retention, and engagement, and successful meetings and best practices.
What is Leadership Training? A virtual event hosted annually in the summer by the Council Office to provide chapter leaders (president, vice-president, treasurer, secretary, executive board, trustees, committees/chairs) with tools, information, and resources to be successful in leading a strong chapter. We strongly encourage all RPEC members, regardless of tenure or experience, to attend and learn about ways to support your local chapter…
Thank you for hosting these important trainings for present and future leaders!
Hi Martin! You hit the nail on the head. Expanding our pool of potential leaders is key to succession planning!
Looking forward to this training. I’m a long, long time member but have never attended a training session.
Margie Stauffer
Margie, that is so wonderful to hear. We look forward to seeing you there!
Chapter 13 Spokane has new leadership which we celebrate. The training and interaction with other officers at these sessions is invaluable and necessary for their work and success. So hopeful for our new officers! As a long term officer, I always learn at training, especially when it is specific.
Gail Spaeth
That is great news, Gail! We thank you for the years of service as a chapter leader and look forward to working with Chapter 13’s new leadership. Time for a well-deserved break!
