What’s the Cost if WA Voters Erase Capital Gains Tax, End Cap-and-Trade?

From The Washington State Standard: Passing initiatives to repeal Washington's capital gains tax and scrap its cap-and-trade program could dry up significant streams of revenue for the state government, according to new reports released earlier this month. The analyses for each measure prepared by the Office of Financial Management show funding for childcare and early learning, electric vehicles, clean energy research and more could be affected if the measures pass. State law requires the analyses to show up in the statewide voter guide.
