RPEC has retained the Seattle law firm of Sirianni Youtz Spoonemore to represent the Council in the COLA lawsuit. Eleanor Hamburger and Richard E. Spoonemore of the firm will be representing RPEC in the case. Attorney Jon Ferguson is withdrawing as counsel.
