Based on the Governor’s extended “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order, the RPEC Council Office will remain closed through May 31st. The office closure could be extended based on further guidance from public officials.
Here is the link to our post about the extended order:
During this time, RPEC staff will have the ability to conduct key work functions remotely from home. We will not be able to receive phone calls from our standard office phone numbers, but we will be regularly checking voicemails. If you have an urgent and time sensitive request, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
While working remotely, we will be able to respond to email, voicemails, and requests for electronic copies of materials. Please note, that our ability to process requests for printed materials will be limited. In addition, chapter newsletters will not be able to be processed.
We will be assisting chapters with communication via automated robo-calls and group email blasts. We will also assist chapter leaders in creating free conference call accounts to enable them to host conference calls.
The health and safety of our members and staff will continue to be our foremost concern. We encourage you to continue to monitor and abide by the recommendations from public health officials. We will continue to provide updates via email and on our website.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
