Christine, H.R. 82 is the bill number for the Social Security Fairness Act. Although it garnered enough signatures on the discharge petition to bypass the committee it stalled out in, there is no scheduled date for a floor vote and most likely will not occur until after the November elections. We will communicate any additional news when we hear of it.
